The Farms

  • Oxbow Farm | Carnation, WA

Oxbow Family inspires greater stewardship of the land and local agriculture through great produce. Their mission, equal parts education and organic farming, educates future farmers and school groups and results in delicious beets, cucumbers, and more.

  • Local Roots Farm | Duvall, WA

When Jason and Siri moved out of their Capitol Hill apartment to farm full time in the Snoqualmie Valley, it was the culmination of years spent building a reputation among chefs and farmer's markets for some of the state's highest quality organic produce. These two are living proof of the viability and future of local agriculture here in our state.

  • Stoney Plains Organic Farm | Tenino, WA

Located in the Olympia Valley, is a dream come true for the Meyer Family. Patricia Meyer, and her son Patrick, cultivate over 60 acres of great organic produce, all of which has been sold directly to the community for going on four decades!

  • Collins Family Orchard | Selah, WA

Four generations in, the Collins Family's expertise shows. They pick some of the ripest, finest tasting Washington fruit we've tasted from peaches to pears, plums to pluots.

  • Tonnemaker Hill Farm | Royal City, WA

Perched on a rare hill amongst literally miles of huge conventional corporate fruit farms, Tonnemaker Hill farm has been committed to running a sustainable family farm for over four generations. With everything from perfect peaches and tomatoes to over 200 varieties of heirloom peppers, the Tonnemakers have made their mark on Washington agriculture.

  • Alvarez Organic Farms | Mabton, WA

Don Hilario Alvarez and family run one of Washington's largest Hispanic-owned farms, with over 120 organic acres under cultivation in the Yakima Valley. Their peppers, tomatoes and other hot-weather crops are exceptional!

The MM Local Vision

At MM Local, we invest in relationships to make better food. MM Local partners with local family farmers to can and preserve produce at the height of ripeness. The result is real, local food that tastes like it’s supposed to, so we can all eat local and delicious, all year round.

Founded by Jim Mills and Ben Mustin in Colorado in 2009, MM Local is bringing our model for locally-grown, locally-made food to Washington for the first time this fall. We’d love for you to be a part of our effort to make local food work even better here in the Pacific Northwest.
